Our Cancellation Policy:

7 Days Prior: You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES!* You will receive a full refund. (This policy does not apply to Private Charters, the Key West Express Ferry, Dry Tortugas Camping Reservations or Refunds over $150.00)

Within 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled activity you forfeit the deposit. It will be held as a credit to your account good for up to two years. (This policy does not apply to the Key West Express Ferry.)

24 Hours (1 Day):If you cancel within 24 Hours of your activity taking place, you will be charged the remaining balance (if only the deposit was paid). No credit will be issued. If you, or a member of your party, fail to show or show up late and are not able to participate you will still be responsible for the full amount of the activity. Scuba diving reservations with Southpoint Divers require 72 Hours notice to not be charged the balance.

*To cancel your reservation for any reason, you must contact our office directly. Cancellations made via email are not valid, will not be honored and you will still be financially responsible for any charges incurred.

**All refunds processed over $150.00 will be subject to a 10% administrative charge. No Exceptions.

Ans.:  We live, work and play here in Key West.    Key West Water Adventures' owner is a Master Diver and has been in Key West for over 20 years. We have had continued relationships with the operators we showcase here because they have consistently proven themselves in terms of professionalism, safety, service and sheer enjoyment.

Take our word for it, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with any tour you take with us!

Question:   ARE WE GUARANTEED TO SEE THE SIGHTS MENTIONED IN THE TOUR DESCRIPTIONS?

Ans.:  Particular points of interest mentioned in the descriptions are the highlights of each tour. While every effort will be made to see as many sights as possible during the activity, the activity vendors ultimately decide the course of each tour, after all, SAFETY and comfort are the absolute concern here.
Ans.:  You may call us ANY time you have a question, need directions, or you need to find something else to do in Key West. Here at Key West Water Adventures, we really want you to enjoy your adventure we have booked for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your trip, please call us and we will surely work it out with you. We do not give any monies to our vendors until our customers are completely satisfied 100%.
